I have a friend who works at o2 and he hooked me p when I moved here. It was a nightmare to get my router installed and even after that it took weeks to get it up and running. And now that I’m finally getting service it is incredibly slow and not what a pay for. He told me “the cables in your house are so old, they’re not able to handle high speed data.” He told me theres a 5G router that only needs to be plugged into a power source, but he doesn't know if they offer it in my area. I asked him to figure this our for me two months ago and he still has not helped. I refuse to continue paying for this service if it continues to be such poor quality. I need to know if I can get this “5G router” and if not, I need my contract terminated. Additionally, I can’t find a representative that speaks English. Please assist, thanks.
