You can only register with your Landline number (Rufnummer) after the contract has been activated.
Alternatively, you can call the English support at: 089 66 66 30 08 1 Mon. - Fri. 8 am - 8 pm, Sat. 10 am - 6 pm, on workdays. (Except tomorrow you will not reach anyone because tomorrow is a public holiday.)
It can take up to 14 days for a moderator to come by due to high demand for help.

How do i check whether the Mac address is updated.
When i made a test by connecting the router, the browser page did not land on the O2 page as communicated in the letter by O2.
What should i do? Please advise.

You cannot check the status, not even the MAC address. You have to wait for the leap day.

This version will definitely work with o2 cable. After you provide the CM-MAC to o2.

Hi, I have registered in mein O2 successfully. But unfortunately the cable Internet is not working even after the activation Date 30.05.2023. Have checked the router, everything is clear, the technicker has closed the ticket saying that the router has not configured.
I did factory reset and did all the steps as advised and yet it's still not working. Can you support me on this please.

unfortunately we can't help here in the community in a timely manner in the event of disruptions. It is therefore advisable to call our customer service directly and report the failure. Our technical support staff can then check the line and, if necessary, order a technician to repair the connection.
