So, basically I want to see my monthly invoices here in O2 but whenever I click in Tarif & vertrag it will redirect me every time to https://hilfe.o2online.de/ instead. Every single time.
Also, whenever o2 sends me a message to verify my account or something, it says the webpage encountered an error and it cannot be done, that I should try later, but the same error happened several times aswell.
I’m confused here, can anyone help and tell me why this happens? Is it the browser? Because it happened both with my phone and computer.
