i can't find my WLAN on my laptop

Hello, everyone

 

I applied my internet and Louter from O2. Now I get a Louter and try to connect it to my Laptop through WLAN. But I can't find it on Laptop. Lights on my louter are totally turned on, but I can't understand why. Please help me.

* My laptop doesn't have LAN port

My Louter WLAN ID is o2-WLAN01

Please try to perform a factory reset of your o2 Homebox 6642 or 6742 by keeping the reset button pressed for 10 to 30 seconds. I would recommend to pull the TAE plug before the reset and plug it in after the reset and reboot of the o2 Homebox.
