Dear O2,

 

I can not find four digit personal code for O2 homespot contract. I need it for the termination of my contract.

Could you help me with it please?

Yes, I have already filled that form. PKK is asked by someone from O2 teams afterward.


If you have forgotten the PKK you have chosen, you can look it up in "Mein o2", have it named in an o2 shop on presentation of your identity card or have it sent to you by letter.
Alternatively, you can of course also submit your cancellation in writing in the form of a signed letter, in which case no PKK is required.

Dear O2 team,

I terminated my contract in March-2024 and got the confirmation as well. I was told that I would not be charged after this. I have already returned the router O2 homespot M three weeks ago. Now, the O2 has deducted the monthly fee again for May. Why is it happening, Can you resolve it?

Please read all pages of the invoice first. It lists the period for which which services have been charged. After you have read everything, there should be no more questions. 
Please note the minimum contract term and cancellation period for your contract. Invoices for o2 Home contracts are always issued retrospectively. It is therefore impossible for you to be billed today on 3 May for the basic charges for the period 1 May to 31 May, as you claim.

Dear O2 team,

Unfortunately, I do not have access to the invoice. Here are the sequential issues I had regarding my O2 connections.

  1. My O2 Homespot M, was for two years that ended in Mid-April-2024.
  2. I do not have access to my registered email or house address. I do not have PKK either. Currently I am, communicating with my another O2 account with another email. I only have my SIM number, PIN, PUK, and O2 homespot serial number.
  3. I requested to get new PKK or change my registered email address but after a lot of communication, I was told that if I terminate the contract, I will not need any of those.
  4. I read online, that even though my contract is until Mid-April 2024. I had to submit the termination letter or else O2 will renew it  automatically. So, I submitted my termination letter in February and it got accepted. I also returned my O2 homespot router in April.
  5. Now, I see that today in my bank account,  there was monthly deduction by O2 for the same amount as I was paying before. Since, I do have access to invoice, I can not check which month this amount is for?
  6. So, now. Could you please provide me the invoice based on my SIM/PIN/PUK/O2 homepsot serial number?

You can view your invoices via ‘Mein o2’ for at least 3 months after termination of the contract. See confirmation of cancellation. 

Please note that, in accordance with the contractual agreement, it is your duty as a customer to provide your contact details such as email address and postal address immediately in the event of changes.

Pflichten und Obliegenheiten des Kunden
4.1. Der Kunde ist verpflichtet,- Telefónica Germany unverzüglich über jede Änderung seiner bei Telefónica Germany hinterlegten persönlichen Angaben wie z.B. Name, Anschrift, Rechnungsanschrift, Bankverbindung, E-Mail Adresse(n) und Mobilfunkrufnummer(n) zu informieren, 

 

If your contract had a minimum contract term until mid-April and you cancelled the contract in compliance with the notice period to the end of the minimum contract term, it is completely normal and to be expected that you will receive the bill for April in May.
