Hello
I signed a DSL contract in 2016 and lost all the contract documents at that time.

All I know is the O2 kunden number. How can I access the O2 app and change my account information or contact information?

To log in to Mein o2 online or in the Mein o2 app, you need your landline number as your username. You can find out if you call another number, for example, it will then be displayed to the other party. If you have access to your router's menu, you'll find it there as well.
You set your password yourself. If you have forgotten it, you can reassign it using the "Kennwort vergessen" button.
