I am leaving Germany and the new tenant of my flat wants to keep the DSL O2 contract, but I can not find the Festnetznummer to make the process by MeinO2 …. I have also checked my bills and router…. and the MeinO2 i am using is the one associated to my mobile phone

Please let me know how can I access to this number!

thanks!

@liliczrz Your landline number must been on your bill. Other thing. What exactly router you use?

Hello @liliczrz and wlcome to our o2 community :-)

As @Joe Doe already stated, you will find your landline number on every DSL invoice. If you do not have access to the invoices you can alspo habe a look at the web GUI of the router, you should see your lanline number there also.

If there are still open questions just ask, we will answer as soon as possible :-)

Regards,

Lars

Dear O2_Lars,

Liliana

@liliczrz what router you exactly use?

well, now the new tenant doesn't want to take the contract …. could you explain what to do to cancel it?

Regards,

Liliana

however I have the router O2 homebox 2 6441

@liliczrz here you must find your o2 land line number in the Router menu.

Hello @liliczrz,

was @Joe Doe able to answer your questions? Or is there still anything that we might shed some light on? :-)

Regards,

Lars
