Speak to your employer. It is their responsibility to make sure you can work from home if that is what they want you to do. Problems with work are nothing you can claim compensation for.
Concerning your contract, if you have tried several times unsuccessfully to get the problem fixed via technical support then you should send a letter by recorded delivery and give 21 days notice that you intend to terminate the contract if the fault is not fixed in that time.
Anything else will most likely cost you a lot more than the contract is costing you so would hardly be worth it.
Well it is not my company's fault if I have Internet problems. It is O2's problem as the contract is unlimited 24/7 internet connection so if it's possible to sue them I would do that even if it will cost me
It is not your company's fault but it is their responsibility to ensure you can work so they would have to provide an alternative. You do not have a business account with o2 so would not be able to claim for anything relating to your work.
But as per the German law internet is essential for daily life, even if I don't work from home plus I dont have to have a business contract to have a good Internet
This is a contract issue. If the contract is not performed then you have a right to terminate it early, but you need to give the provider a reasonable period of time to fix a problem. For broadband that is generally considered to be 21 days. You can if course ask for a reduction in the line rental for the time the connection was not working properly.
I can’t hear that whining anymore!
Get your dsl fixed with calling Tel:0800 52 51 37 8 Kostenfrei
or do what bso told you, send a 21 day notice for getting it fixed, else you cancel the contract.
‘Which router do u use?
!'
How can I send the notice
By post, recorded delivery.
@SaryFZ Hope you don’t use VPN and an o2 Router. Two planets collide. What exactly router you use?
Im using the normal homebox router from O2 but that is not the problem as O2 confirmed on the phone that the disconnections are from their side
Hi @SaryFZ
Welcome to our o2 Community.
Im using the normal homebox router from O2 but that is not the problem as o2 confirmed on the phone that the disconnections are from their side
In this case our colleague would take further action, for example arrange a technician appointment or to sent you a new router.
Where anything of these options discussed with you?
Best Matze
They didnt offer me to send any technician can I request this here through you or I should call ?
@SaryFZ A Call is better the better option, it is easier to terminate a technician appointment via phone.
Best Regards Matze

exactly, o2 cannot guarantee people essential rights, in Berlin Mitte, I don’t even want to know how bad the internet works somewhere else. o2 internet is so bad it should be free.
Every time there’s a problem either with LTE, DSL no matter how you do it they say they are fixing it but never do or if they do it breaks somewhere else.
Hello @adilette,
I already answered one of your posts in another thread. If you encounter issues with your mobile LTE connection I recommend to open a new thread so we can have a look into this :-)
regards,
Lars
I was around Philharmonie in Berlin Mitte the other day and only Edge was available. I will check the cover map.
