Hi Sir / Mam,

I have a O2 DSL Home L connection. Due to personal reason, initially I thought of canceling my contract and applied for the same. O2 says It can be canceled on or after October, 2022, so now I want to take the connection with me to a new apartment where I will be moving.

What is the process to move the O2 DSL connection?

 

Please help me, due to corona, every O2 shop is closed and my lack of German knowledge making it worse to find a solution for this.

Hi @Joe Doe , I have look into that before. It says “Go Move and log in with your DSL contract details.” but nothing happens in my case. So I am stuck again.

@jyotirmays Did you have an real mein o2 customer Account (you can see your bill’s, tariff name and so on) or only an account for interested persons?

Did you have your landline number (every o2 dsl contract have a landline number) and your four digit secret pin?


Log off from the forum. Than open the link from Move. Login with you land lane number and your My O2 password.


@Joe Doe Yes, I do have a number and pin. and a mein o2 account as well.

@schluej I did that, I still get below thing:   It has been like this since last 6-7 days...


@jyotirmays The screenshot looks fine for me. Some people have problems in the past to start the process, but you can start it. 
When did you inform o2 that you wanted to move? (Start date) If you have luck or bad luck o2 can’t delivery DSL at the new adress.

I tried pinging them on whatsapp. The bot says someone will contact me. But I don’t believe. They are super lazy.
