I have transferred a DSL contract from my friend, and I cannot even log into Mein O2.

I need Mein O2 to reach some critical services.

What is the user name I have to use?

@aegookja You need the landline number from the dsl contract and the 4 digit PKK (personal customer password)

Did you have this? -> https://login.o2online.de/idm/#/registrieren/start

I have the landline number for the DSL contract, but I cannot find the 4 digit PKK anywhere on my contract. Is there anywhere else I can find that?

@aegookja On the start of the thread you write „transfered from a friend“ You must normal give a PKK by yourself in the transfer process.

Never write a four digit number?

Do you mean my friend was supposed to tell me the PKK?

I will ask my friend then.

Hello @aegookja,

the Persönliche Kundenkennzahl was selected by you in the process of changing the ownership of the contract. It should not be identical to the four digit number that your friend used in the past.

Lars

I don’t think I was ever given a choice about the four digit number… is there a way to get/set this number again?

Hello @aegookja,

is the email you are using in our community the same that you entered for the DSL contract? If yes, we may be able to send you the number via postal mail :-)

Lars

Yes, it is the same. Thank you!

Hello @aegookja,

I have the 4 digit personal code sent to your adress. You will receive the letter in a few days.

The easiest way to register for “Mein o2” is when you are connected to your DSL connection at home via LAN or WiFi. To do this, simply go to o2.de/registrieren and select “ich bin DSL-Kunde”. In the next step you enter your landline number. You can find the landline number on your order confirmation, which you received by email. Now all you have to do is set a user name and a password and you're done. The password must have a length of 8 to 30 characters and consist of at least 4 different characters. The following special characters are allowed:! # $ * + -? _

If you want to register from a different connection, you will also need your four-digit personal customer identification number.

Then you can log in as normal and call up all your contract data.

For any further questions please let us know if we can help.

Kind regards

Giulia

I have not received the mail. I will check the mailbox again today, but can we double-check which address it was sent to?

Hello @aegookja,

the letter was sent to the address in your data, the same address where the DSL connection is :-)

I am sure the letter will arive soon if it has not yet already.

Lars
