At this point the order itself cannot be changed. If you only ordered this contract very recently then you could still make use of your 14 day withdrawal from the contract and then reorder it with cable in the way that you want it. That would of course mean that the activation date will probably end up later than it is now.

Hi.i have the same problem, but I can't even cancel or talk with someone.
I only have cabel near the tv , the dsl is near the entrance door, which makes impossible to do much .
I have a cabel router , i would like to know the fastest way to change this, and why the guy that is coming here to put dsl can't put instead cable? Doesn't make much sense at all , or you have one for cable another for dsl ?

both internally it is a different kind of order, but it’s also two completely separate kind of technologies that are also being provided by different line owners who each have their own technicians that are responsible for activating the respective connection.

So if I cancel tomorrow the technician , how long will take to revert everything? And what can I do to make it still possible this moth

you can expect that after cancellation of the DSL contract, a newly booked cable connection will also need a run up time of about 2 to 3 weeks before activation.
