Hello, 

 

My DSL doesn’t work - WiFi !!!

Your costumer service is a disaster!!!!! In February I was without internet - WiFi -DSL 3 times, I was out of the internet ( WiFi ) 9 DAYS and nobody care. But anyway I have to pay!!! You have many users who also want English support - Tehnical Support, but your employees do not speak ANY foreign language. Shame on your company. 

For the first time, due to the ignorance of CS - costuer service, I stayed for 9 days without internet!!!!! Second time 2 days and now it 3rd time and it is 3rd day - and it STILL DOESN’T WORK!!!!! So how long I have to wait? 

I have your DSL and mobile number but I want to cancel EVERYTHING from o2!!!!!! 

Vodafone was expensive BUT MUCH MUCH better thay o2. 

Your ignorance has no bounds!!!!  I have contracts from AVG. 2020 but I wanna cancel them BOTH SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!

I dont need something not working and I can not use it. 

Download and Upoad shoud be 100 MBs / 40 MBs but it is only 70 MBs / 25MBs. 

So INFORM ME HOW CAN I FINNALY LEAVE o2 !!!

o2 = NEVER AGAIN!!! NEVER !!!!

NO!!!!! If DSL doesn’t WORK I dont want it anymore. For what I have to pay?????? CAN YOU UNDERSTAD????  DSL DOES NOT WORK AND I CAN NOT USE IT!!!!!!! 


Than do the right steps that it will work again.

Bei Dir liegt eine Störung vor, die wir hier nicht lösen können. Tel:08005251378 Kostenfrei. Rufe die Störungshotline bitte möglichst von deinem Mobiltelefon aus an, da zur Problembehebung u. U. der Router neu gestartet werden muss und dadurch Anrufe vom Festnetz unterbrochen werden.

And please stop shouting (use of capital letters).

Do you speak German? If not, why do you think you can demand that other people speak English to you in Germany?

Get somebody who does speak German to phone on your behalf so that the problem can be solved.

If you want to cancel your contracts you can do that by post or fax to the end of the contract term. If your DSL cannot be fixed within the next few weeks and it is o2’s fault, then you may be able to get early termination of the DSL contract.


@AlexSLO have you try to make a technical ticket over the o2 DSL Help app?

And what kind of router you use? If you have a Fritzbox we can try, if we see something at the line quality screen.

I send it but they said I can not do it. I can do it after 2 years :(    And DSL STILL DOESNT WORK. 17 Days!!!

bs0 - I have not internet since 17 days!!!!! 

And all I want it STOP WITH o2 !!!! I dont need o2 INTERNET. This is really too much. Everybody said to me I have to wait. HOW LONG? Is 17 days not enough? And I have to pay for WHAT??? 

And you have many NON-GERMAN speaking users!!!! So o2 need some “smart guy” in teh. support who speak one FOREIGN LANGUAGE. I speak some lanuages!!!

 

We live in EU so??? And I come from EU and I speak GERMAN but CAN NOT understand it at all. I still learning German language!!!

I’ve done everything what a guy from Teh. support told me - And it still doesnt work!!!

Because of your “suppoert” I dont want to stay and wait until the contract term!!!

I ve done everything believe me but it doesnt work. I ve done all what TEH. SUPP. told me but I can not connect with WiFi. Also my friend was here and she wanted to connect with WiFi but she can not. 

 

I asked some guy in teh. supp. ( and he was nice ) to speak slowly and we did everything but it stil doesnt work.

Sure if they dont know how to solve the problem, it is the only way, I am sorry but I dont know what more I can do. As I siad, everything was ok till 09.02./10.02.2020, and then the problems started.

Because you have a lot of USERS from other countries!!!! It is to hard to learn one foreign language? Yes if you dont know where is Austria I can imagine what is your problem. 

And yes, we live in EU !!!! And people around the world speaks at least one foreign language. And xxxx outbursts ARE NOT pleasant!!!

I spoke with Teh. supp. I did everything what he said AND STILL DOESNT WORK! I told you it is not problem with Router and it started working after 9 days of truble, but only for 2 days. And now? The same problem. 

 

Every day around 2:30 I am lose internet. EVERY DAY! Why?  

so have you any answer for me or you want to be only smart? You can give me also some solution!!! Or it is better if you say “ww have noone who speak english?” 

 

And yes it is o2 fault!!!! The Router was ok like I said to CS!!! They can check it.

I  understand your annoyance but there is no need to insult one of our community members calling him a nazi. Pls mind our netiquette otherwise you take risk of getting barred. As far as I can see you got in touch with us across multiple channels. My colleagues from Facebook send you a questionnaire trying to assist you. Please check.

I'll put your unfortunate faux pas down to your obvious frustration at the moment and the likelihood that you misinterpreted my comments, but you should remember that the internet is not a law-free zone and you don't know anything about the people - other customers - you are communicating with here.

Of course it would be nice if everybody spoke English and many people here do. More than in some EU countries but less than others. My point was merely that you still can't "demand" it as your comment shame on your company suggested. In any country.

Incidentally, nobody is demanding or even requesting that you can speak German, but there is no escaping the fact that there are some situations where in that case help might be necessary from someone who does.

Yes I saw it.  Teh. service made a good job - after 17 days. Now everything is working. I am not angry on CS, I am angry because I told that this mistake is not from my side and I had right. So now it works!!! My computer, mobile phone and also Alexas. 

 

Given that the problem is not on my part, I wonder why I have to pay for the Internet for days when I couldn't use it because of mistake on o2 side? I paid every bill till now so you have no problem with me… Can you explain to me? 

 

About my words! I hate when someone speak with me in some “strange laguage” with: 0bs -

“Do you speak German? If not, why do you think you can demand that other people speak English to you in Germany?”

Why? Because when I sign the contract, I asked if o2 have ENGLISH SUPPORT and the seller said to me - YES, WE HAVE IT! So he lied? Again? 

I interpreted her words as I explained them, and because I'm not a Nazi or a racist, I don't tolerate them.

I hope you understand me what I want to tell you. 

If anyone offended anyone, your employee offended me and other foreigners living in Germany. So I hope next time she wil stay quiet. This is NOT GOOD for your company. And I will act because of these words. I have a foto.

My dear, I just ask if someone speak english!!! you know why? Because when I signed the contracts the seller said to me - o2 HAVE ENGLISH SUPPORT TOO! It was A BIG PLUS FOR ME!!! Can you understand? I hope! 

So this is your language :”to your obvious frustration...” and you work in company o2?

I was working at the same “arbeitspatz” in my country!!! And if you were using communication ( in my country ) as you were using it,  you would lose your job immediately. 

So that job is not for you because you dont know where is the limit.

Jede Nacht 2:30? sieht arg nach der 24 Stunden Unterbrechung aus.


Yes every day at 2:30/35 I loose my connection and I can not understand why. I just asked you if you maybe know why. Maybe Teh. service can check where is a mistake. I dont understand why, but yes it happend every day. Then I was without internet but I did not tell you before this case. 


Just want to tell you - I still dont know your name. I will send a letter to Telefonica Germany to tell them about this case and our chat.

Du befindest dich hier in einem Forum und nicht in einem Chat mit der Kundenbetreuung ... @bs0 ist, ebenso wie du, auch nur ein Kunde.


 

 

Das ist normal, die DSL Verbindung wird alle 24 Stunden kurz unterbrochen. Dauert 5 Sek. bis 4 Minuten.

Die Uhrzeit kannst Du in der Fritzbox einstellen und bei einer Homebox dadurch, das Du den Netzstecker mal zu der Uhrzeit ziehst, an der Dich die Unterbrechung nicht stört.
