Hello, I started using Homespot since this month but the internet spped has been very slow (on average 2-4 Mb download speed and 0,5-2 Mb upload speed). The signal also seems to be weak all the time. I have tried everywhere to put the router but it didn’t help at all. With this speed I can’t work at all from home. What can I do to improve the internet performance?

Why don’t you use a DSL-, cable- or  fibre optic connection? I can't imagine that no wired connection technology would be available in this central location.

Nobody likes that kind of “speed”, I can tell 😄

Lets have a look, you give some more details on this:

  • which router are you using?
  • what speed do you have on your smartphone?
  • are you using wlan or a lan cable to connect your device to the router?

Have you checked the situation with our Live Check already? If not, give it a try.
