Hello,

my friend wants to take over my Homespot contract but i cant change it via MeinO2. I can only see my Simcard data but not my Homespot.

 

Can someone please help me? Is there any hotline in which you guys speak English?

Hello @Dvnk,

if you signed a contract with us for a mobile or a landline connection it is possible to transfer this contract to another person.

If an o2 Homespot is bought and paid for over a period of 24 months that is not a contract that can be transfered to someone else.Of course you have the possibility the pay the open payments at once and hand it over to a new user.
