Hello. I have an LTE Homespot, 02 My Home M. My contract will end on 2.11.2024.
On the app it says: Ende Kundigungstermin: 2.11.2024, Spatester Kundigungstermin: 2.10.2024
I am moving out of Germany, back to UK on 12.08.
Can I cancel the Homespot, once I get my abmeldung form? It says to cancel the latest on 2.10, so does it mean it is okay to cancel it in August? Will I need to pay something extra? If so, how much?

The dates stated there are in case of a regular termination of the contract. When you are leaving Germany for good, you are asking for a extraordinary termination, this can be done whenever. It’s only important that you provide the necessary documents for it.

Perfect, can I just check though, till when will I have to pay? And will there be any extra charge? Or some other charges?

that depends on when you send in the request for the termination of the contract and when it gets processed. And bills are generally retroactive, so there’s always going to be one last bill after the end of the contract.
