Hey, I have problems with dsl. I was calling to support, but they not talk with me in english. Internet light blinking red a lot the last weeks with many reconnections. That to do to me? Checked all cables, factory reset to my router, but nothing help.

Thank you but it didn't  helped at all. They said the only way they can help me is through a troubleshooting that is in german. I’ve done that already and didn't work. The problem still there and I don't know what else to do now.

Do you have more than one phone socket in your apartment? If that is the case, have you already tried the other one?
Concerning contacting the technical department, do you have someone that could translate for you?
