Scroll a bit down til you can fill in your streetname and town (Bergheim). It seems you will get at least a yellow symbol if not a red one. There is nothing you can do but to wait until repair.

You see the button „Geben Sie uns Feedback“. Click on it and give your feedback as informel as possible and then a ticket will be activated so repair sure will be accelerated.
