Hello! My name is Angela, I’m living in Bergheim and using Homespot connection for internet. Last 3 days my Internet doesn’t work properly, the connection is horrible and I can’t work from home anymore. Maybe, somebody can explain me, what should I do in this case? Or to whom I should write for help?

first of all I’d like you to check the livecheck.

Scroll a bit down til you can fill in your streetname and town (Bergheim). It seems you will get at least a yellow symbol if not a red one. There is nothing you can do but to wait until repair.
