Hello,
I have o2 my Home S Flex with a monthly contract, I live in Munich. I want to cancel my contract and give the box back.
Today, one o2 attendant tried to take the box from the office but could not take it as the system did not work. Then I went to another o2 and there the attendant said they can not take the box from the office, I can end it through o2 app (Even though I have password and username I cannot login.)
So can you help me firstly, what should I do to terminate the homebox contract and how can I login to the system?
