High ping/deconnecting wifi

Hello. When I arrived in Germany, I opted for O2 double deal (phone data + wifi), but I’m disappointed with the results so far. My wifi sometimes disconnects for hours, giving me a ‘securised, not connected’ message, and when I’m gaming my ping is never stable (always over 200). I hope I can get some help here. I’m planning to go tomorrow to the O2 office myself.

did you have the time to test your connection via lan as recommended by @Droggelbecher ? If the performance via lan is much better than Wifi, try optimizing the WiF-Channels by switiching to channels which are less occupied by other networks in the area. What kind of connection do you have? Did you test over an ethernet cable, this is advised for gaming in any case?
