Hello i have a problem with dsl the light is off and not have internet for 2 days in a row, a try to restart modem but not working, i try to take off dsl cabel but again not worked

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

That the DSL LED is off, is generally not a good sign, if we knew what modell of router you are using and what exactly is going on with the other LEDs  we might be able to say a bit more. You might have to call the technical department for this to be resolved. Do you have someone that might be able to translate to german in that case? You would be able to reach the department under the 0800 525 1378.

Model is O2 Homebox 6742, no i not have someon person to translate i german, only to call in english suport

if the DSL LED of your HomeBox 3 is completely off, then this is a sign that no signal is even reaching the router, so the issue would be with the cables or maybe even the connection going into the building itself. As such you’ll have to contact the technical department, you can try and hope that you end up with someone that talks english but that is not guaranteed.
