having problem with internet since morning

Hi. 
i am having problem with my internet at my home since morning. The connection is intermittently coming for few seconds and then gone again. Weirdly the telephone internet from O2 is also not working. Asked about it in the store. They were not able to help. Checked with the service app and tried to fix. Still not able to do it. Any help olease.
