Hello, 

I have O2 provided Fritzbox 6660 Cable router which is FRITZ!OS: 07.20. I have problems login into my xbox account which AVM suggested I should update the firmware. As the router is o2 provided I can not manually update its firmware. How can I manually update firmware without having to speak with technical service ?

@demirkesen for an o2 rented cable Fritzbox the customer can’t Update by themselves. This update must been pushed from o2.

The Fritzbox 6660 series routers are expected to be updated to the new Fritz IOS in the coming weeks. Unfortunately, we cannot give a specific date for this yet.
