My internet was horrible slow. I just tried to reset by power off and removing and plugin the lan cable to router. Now it's stopped completely. Pls help.

I am sorry that your DSL connection failed after the reset. Unfortunately, we cannot always answer all inquiries immediately. I hope you have found support in other ways in the meantime. If not, did you set up the router from scratch with your access data? What error message do you get then?
You should always report a longer disruption to your Internet connection by telephone. Please call one of the numbers listed on our contact page. There we also offer support in English.
