Hi,
On 27th of August I ordered a Fiber optic connection at my apartment. At that point in time it was said that connection will take some time and probably will take place at the end of the year (in December).
I have done a quick research and I found that connection is postponed to March (I assume takes time to collect requests and connect the building the the grid).
Honestly, March is quite too late for me.
Can you please confirm if my statement is correct. If that is the case, I would like to cancel my request (I cannot find that option in o2 profile/orders)
