Dear Sir or Madam,

My DSL 2 year contract is ending in 19.08.2020 and I am considering to extend this contract further. Unfortunately, I was not able to do this via online portal.

So, I would like to know what offers does O2 provide for existing customers?

 

P.S. Is there an english hotline for customers?

welcome to our community. As far as I can see you got assistance from our customer support. They will take care of the change.

I tried calling O2 hotline. Even though the person who took the phone first diverted the call to a nice english speaking lady. But she was not responsible for contract extension and she connected to respective department but no one in that department spoke english and they simply hung up on me. :(

Then I got help from my german friend to call them and finally got it extended. I feel quite bad that I have to get help from friends even to do such simple task in Germany. This is life of non-german speaking people in Germany. But at least this forum is quite useful for non-german speaking people. Looking forward to more inclusive customer service from O2 in the future.
