I have been using the O2 my Home S LTE internet connection since almost 1 year out of the 2 year contract. My current rental apartment contract is ending soon. The new place where I am shifting already has a internet connection. (It’s in the same city)
I want to check if I can terminate my LTE connection sooner.
I tried to use the check availability function on the O2 website for LTE connection at the new place, however, it comes back with the result that the selected LTE connection is not available at the new place.
It doesn’t make sense to carry the LTE connection to the new place when it is not available as well.
Please help.

If the o2 My Home LTE is not available at your new adress, you can cancel the contract earlier. You can use our online cancellation form for it. Please coose “Außerordentlich” (extraordinary termination ).
You will have to give a short explanation in the text field and you can also upload documents like a copy of the registration certificate for the new address as a proof.
