DSL working but Provider request

Hello everyone.

I am having problem setting up my dsl internet, my activation date was 9.03.2022, I entered my sip code in my personal router (Fritzbox 7362 sl) and everything seems fine (router says there is dsl connection) but when I try to open a webpage there is a message says to contact a provider.

Buy a new Router first. The 7362 SL is out dated.

Buy a 75[1,2,3,9]0. If the page is from Telekom than call O2 and tell them that you are „verschaltet“.

But i could be that it would be difficulty if you tell them that you are using an Mummie router…

The Support for 7360SL endet at 2018…

Dear @o2_Matze , I spoke on the hotline and found that my contract was made wrong, I asked for a DSL connection but O2 made a cable connection.

I already canceled this wrong contract and made a new one.
