Dsl Verbindung

Hi, I'm having problems with my internet connection, the first 2 days works fine, then works only in the afternoon and now is not working, I have 3 days without internet, I opened the dsl app and it gave me this number 695436, the I tried to call the Callcenter but it was impossible to communicate, what should I do,?

Hello @Hmcesar,

if the DSL connection is not working as it should it is always a hassle. You already used the o2 DSL Help App for the mobile phone and e code was generated. Unfortunately we do not have the possibility to open a trouble ticket hier in the community so I recommend to call our technical DSL team. If you do not speak any german I suggest to call with a friend of yours who does since we can not promise that you will reach an english-speaking agent.

I assume there is only one TAE-wallplug and the router is connected directly to this with the cabels that were delivered with it withoout any additionbal cables or hardware (like for example a splitter)?
