DSL internet is not working from 05.09.2019. We registered a complaint and ticket on same day. Till now no response and no proper status update. Very poor response from the service team and worst ever service by O2. No body knows what is going on, they just have a stupid answer that, technical team is working on it, and they dont know when it can be solved. They dont have any SLA to confirm to customer, that it will be solved in so much time. they just ask us to call everybody back the next day. Very worst service O2. Everytime we call customer care they tel some different stories. Thanks very much for the great service.
