Good afternoon,

A few weeks ago I made th return of he DSL router, because it was not working poperly, and still I got charged in the bill for not returning the router.

I checked the status of the return and it says that it was made succesfully.

Can somebody help me and tell me what I should do?

Thank you in advance.

Hello @Andreaperar,

if you send back a router it may take some time to arrange a refund for it. Maybe it was already to close for the invoice to be canceled. Did you already have a look at your bank account? If a router is refundend, you will not see this on one of the following invoices but the money will be send back to your bank acount directly :-)

Regards,

Lars

Hello @o2_Lars

thanks for your response.

so the router was returned successfully the 4th of December (I got an email saying the router was received already) and the invoice is for the period of the 20.11 to the 19.12, so they already had the router when they sent me the invoice, and it is supposed to be charged in two days. Do I have to pay it and then wait until they do the refund when they realise it?

Thank you!

Hello @Andreaperar,

the refund is either already on your bak accounr or still on its way. So you will recieve the money back for the router automatically.

Since this refund is detached from the invoice it may happen that you pay the invoice in full, the money for the router is sent back to you seperatly.

Regards,

Lars
