My home O2 internet disconnects multiple times during the day and I have to restart the modem. In addition, the internet speed drops to 3-4 Mbps several times during the day. I can't continue to use it in this way and I will cancel my contract.

If you have concluded a Flex contract without a minimum contract period, you can terminate it with a notice period of one month:

If you have concluded a contract with a minimum contract period, you can only terminate it by observing the period of notice to the end of the agreed contract period.
If your connection is not functioning properly, you should therefore rather report the problem to the o2 customer service.
