Dsl problem


Hey guys we moved to another apartment recently, the o2 told us that today we can connect the router again and there is no need for a technician to come and sent me a password last night. So today I tried to connect again put the cables of power and dsl at the gray socket and the middle Tae socket, but as I connected to wifi and the wizard opens I get a dsl error? Dsl light is blinking, internet light goes red and blue. Anyone got any ideas? I cannot proceed to enter the password as I put the next button and nothing happens.

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

That the DSL LED is blinking and the Internet LED goes back and forth between blue and red isn’t necessarily a bad sign unless the router keeps doing this across several minutes. That the interface is showing that there is no connection is a bit more worrying. I’d like to take a close look at your data, but for that I need a few more infos from you. from what I can see you had opened up a ticket with our technical department and the connection is back up and running. Is everything working as before now or can we support you further in any way?

Everything is OK now, technician had to come eventually and fixed the problem. Thanks for the support.
