No, you can't ask for the technician to come faster. Do you already have an appointment?
Have made an apoitment online on Friday morning with the link I recieved via sms from o2. I selected 08:00-14:00 for yesterday. In the morning yesterday I called the O2 on the number I recieved with mentioned sms. I asked if technician will for sure come, the operator told me YES, he will definettely come today.
Nobody came, around 15:30, I called again, now operator lady answered me, I told her the situation. She told me technician can only come on Wednesday or after.
Today I receieve the sms again, that they can't appoint yet the technician.
So WTF really?
Why do I pay for the service that I do not even get?
Already thinking to cancel the contract, since I have the monthly subscription and paying more than people who have anual subscriptions..
