Hello,

I have a problem with my o2 Homebox 6741. We had an electricity shut down in my flat and since then there is no DSL light, so no internet. I tried the reset etc. But nothing happened, can anybody help me with that?

Please call o2 at 089787979400 when you are at the router. If you have no flatrate for your mobile phone you may also use the free phone number 08005251378.

If there are eléctrical issues it is always possible that eny devices connected to power may suffering under some isses. Were you aready following the tipp @blablup gave and contacted our technica DSL departement? Is everything mayb already fixed? :-)
