Hello  My DSL connection does not have access to the internet for the last 5 days.Until now i have send more than 4 hrs on phone to reach customer support for some help , but i am just getting transferred  from one place to other.   I raised complaint XXXXXXXXXX, using o2 My service app   but my complaints are getting closed without resolution. My newest complaint is XXXXXXXXXX Could you please help? 

Or any way i can cancel my contract due to bad service ?

@Niraj What kind of router you use? Rented Model from o2 or buy by yourself?Did the DSL led flashing or it is always on?


Hello @Joe Doe  It's rented model from O2, the red light is continuously on. O2 my service app did not found any problem with the router

I am sorry to hear there are issues with your DSL connection. If you already tried our o2 my Service app and it was not able to solve this, contacting our technical DSL team was the right solution. I had a look into this and found that at the time your first ticket was opened there were some major issues in the area so we did not have the possibility to look at a single case in this area in detail. After this issue was resolved unfortunately your internet connnection still was not back online as it should :-/

As far as I can see you opened a second ticket and it seems like your connection is up and running again, can you confirm this? :-)
