Hello My DSL connection does not have access to the internet for the last 5 days.Until now i have send more than 4 hrs on phone to reach customer support for some help , but i am just getting transferred from one place to other. I raised complaint XXXXXXXXXX, using o2 My service app but my complaints are getting closed without resolution. My newest complaint is XXXXXXXXXX Could you please help?
Or any way i can cancel my contract due to bad service ?
