Hello

Today, the technician came in the morning and do the activation. But untill now there is no internet connection.  I try to run the diagnos and there is stated no internet connection.

I’m sure we’ll figure out what’s going on with your internet connection. Are we talking about a DSL or cable connection here? You’ve connected the router aleady and it’s not getting a signal from what you’ve written, what model of router are you using and what exactly is it showing?

Im DSL user. Currently using router Fritz Box 7590 AX that povided by O2. Its showing no internet connection after run the diagnos. 
 

 


@Amarul Have you enter your dsl username and password in the Fritzbox for setting up an internet connection?

from what I can see you are now online with your connection? Was the issue with the username and password or was it something else?
