Hello

I have O2 My Home M with 100Mbps Downlink and 40Mbps Uplink. When my connection was activated a week ago, it was working fine with 100Mbps Downlink. But recently I received only 40Mpbs DL. There is no issue with Uplink speed. 

I raised complained but closed without any resolution. I even restarted my PPPOE session but with no change. Please find screenshot below

Die Tests wurden im WLAN gemacht ... zur Prüfung, ob es am Internetanschluss liegt, ist ein Test mit LAN (keine weiteren Geräte im WLAN) erforderlich.

Open a ticket at the hotline.

Was there a disconnection bevor the speed drops?

If yes that could be normal, in a few weeks the line speed Willen than raise slowly.


The issue is fixed after raising again with hotline.

Can the ticket which our hotline opened be closed or does the speed of your connection vary?

the ticket will be closed automatically by the technical department, so no worries there. Hopefully your connection continues to be stable like that.
