Hello,

I have not been able to connect to the internet since yesterday.

Currently the DSL and Power lights on the router (O2 HomeBox 6441) are green, but the DSL light is not flashing at all. (DSL cable is connected properly)

I tried to reset the router by following the instruction on the web page, but it did not work.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to solve this problem.

you should be at home and most of the employees speak German only so it could be a big advantage to speak German or have some one how could…

There is a part where you get an advizto use the App. Don’t hang up after the good bye!!!

After that you will connect to a employee!
