DSL light flashing and no internet. The telekom technicians comes and tells all good..

Hello All ,

 

I have requested for transfer of my old o2 connection from old to new apartment after waiting for 22 Days finally technician arrive he did his job and told all will work soon then he left , giving excuse its not working now as i need to connect one wire from outside which is not in building .

since that i am trying , I also used o2 service app , follow all steps but at below steps its stops

When has the technician arrived at your new flat? Is it still not working? When have you tried to restart the rooter last time?

He was at my new house on Friday 22.7.22 , It is still not working too. 

I have restarted 5 times , also tried 02 service application

How much shall i have to wait for a fix , it almost  3 days past after my activation but no internet

May be this will give you clear where is the issue , reset done 3 times during call . CAN YOU SOLVE IT OR JUST WAITING AND WAITING AND PAYING MONEY WITH OUT INTERNET
