On Thursday, o2 dsl internet died. There is no signal in the line. 

We tried calling the service. It turned out to be pretty hard navigating the robotic menu with limited German. 

Still, we managed to get ahold of an operator and were told that there was some kind of disruption and it will be fixed on Friday. Nothing changed on Friday though. It’s Saturday, and still no signal.

I rely on the Internet for my work, and this is really frustrating. I couldn’t find a post address or even an email to send a complaint. It looks like calling the service again won’t help, since there will be just a lady in Munich offering some platitudes.

This is a pretty bad service for such a steep price. 

Any advice?

Yes, many times! And it didn’t help. So it’s day 6, still no Internet. Today, we have waited for 6 hours for a master, and in the end nobody showed up!!! And when we called again, it turned that the next “termin” will be only on Thursday. This is outrages. The worst service ever. 


@pishihod2,

we got the message from German Telekom that the problem has been solved. Did you reset the router completely and tried to check?
