I am completely disappointed with the DSL service. I’ve been waiting for approximately 2 months without internet and there are no good responses. I was told that the problem is on the Endleitung, but actually one technician from your sub-company has built one and he told me it works. Then I have to wait again for the Freischaltung. Please help me to figure this out, otherwise I’ll cancel my contract and move to another provider without caring that the Widerruf period is only available for 14 days. I’m not interested in other solution you’ll give if in case it doesn’t work.
I am a student and I really, really need internet.
