I tried calling your client service everydaz since then and not ONCE did someone answer me in English, telling me 'wir sprechen nur Deutsch'. I speak 4 languages and am learning German, on top of that I am living in Berlin, a city full of internationals and I am sure you have many international clients. Even the website is in German only, what is that?
So now, my internet is not working and I need some help, because the connection was just made and I dont know what the problem is.

My DSL has been not working since 3 days. The Internet light turned off. I went to O2-Shop here and they are not helpful! They only gave me the technician number-08005251378 by saying it is in English while it is NOT!
First, I want to ask you for how to solve this problem. Because I pay for my DSL while I do not have my Internet! Second, I want to inform O2 that they are not working with the helpful team at shops. And I want to report it as a complaint!

If the DSL connection is not working, you will find some tipps here. If those tipps do not help and the connection is still not working it is necessary to contact our technical DSL team to open a trouble ticket for you. If you do not speak any german at all I recommend to call with a friend of yours who does so since we can not promise that you will reach an english-speaking agent.
Sa far as I can see you already did the latter and a technician seems to have a look into this soon.
So all necessary steps are taken that your DSL connection is up and running again as soon as possible :-)
