I have tried to call numerous times. I have not reached anyone on the phone line. I have went to o2 shops and blatant answers you have to call hotline…

I have this issue since more than six months where internet keeps disconnecting back to back sometimes for several hours making it impossible to do anything that requires a basic, stable, reliable and healthy internet connection (ie. watching a video, stream even playing games. Most basic stuff. Not to mention when you have to work from home what kind of headache this brings)

it is not about my wiring in house. I log in to modem interface (fritzbox 7490) and there i can see the disconnection is from the main street hub, the hub doesnt have the internet up otself when this disconnections happen. Not between my devices and modem or not even between my modem and street hub (which is also a problem i had in the past). The internet goes off all of a sudden, modem tries to synchronize for 3-5 minutes. Internet comes for a while and drops out again to repeat the same...

this is my last resort to get some kind of help and resolve this CONSTANT problem before i terminate my contract really soon.

i have o2dsl with 50mbps. I am in berlin.

Moin Moin,

you have to call 089 78 79 79 40 0.

There are dramatical brakes in the  announcement. Please stay at the phone!

You could use the O2 my Service App before you call.

You have Update the 7490 to FRITZ.Box_7490-07.21.image

thank you for your answe. I have called that number repeatedly without connecting to any operative.

I have already updated couple of weeks ago.

try 08005251378

Just a quick look at other posts i can see a lot of people have the same issue i do.

ı will drop out of contract and save myaelf a headache try to get to someone. Whıch doesnt work anyway. Wait weeks for a technician to show up just to say “all good” when the constant disconnections continue to occur.

  • the o2 service app does nothing. It just asks itrelevant queations and does basic checks to say me “yeah you are not connected to the internet” waiting modem to reboot.. waiting internet connection…. and the best at the end when connection comes back.. voila “there are no problems with your connection"

bravo

Hello @mehmetveli,

I am sorry to hear that you encounter issues with your DSL connection. Our o2 my servce app may help in many but not in all cases. If the issues persist please call our technical DSL departement to open a ticket for this. You can also reach the technical DSL help via our chat service.

Having a look at your DSL connection it seems it was stable the last days. Is there anything you changed within that time?

Regards,

Lars
