Hello,

I took over a DSL contract on 31.10.2020. 

Due to some reasons, I handed over this contract to another on 04.12.2020.

However, after handing over the contract, I found out that O2 did not charge my 29,99 euro one-time fee of the first transfer.

So, I was wondering could I transfer this 29,99 euro manually now?  Or could the O2 stuff here in the community help me to check out what is going on.
