Hi,

I took over an existing DSL contract on 31/12/2020.

In the welcome e-mail, it was mentioned that up to 1-working day is required for the DSL to be activated.

As of today, I don’t have any feedbacks on the process and I am wondering when will the internet be activated? Is it tomorrow or do I have to wait longer? 

I reinitialised the router, but the internet light is still off and I have an error message for the “Status der Erkennung des Zugangsnetzes” on the o2.box site.

Hello @LORENZM and welcome to our o2 community :-)

I am sorry to hear there are issues regarding you DSL connection. If the DSL router ist connected to the same TAE wall plug as before at least a DSL signal should reach the router and the DSL LED on the router shouls be glowing.

If the DSL connection is still not running I recommend to try out our o2 my Servce app on the smartphone for some tsting. If this does not help at all our technical DSL team will be happily looking into this. You can reach it either by phone or via WhatsApp. We have a page that lists different was to get in touch with us. :-)
