Hello! I had the same problem so I figured I could post here too. I tried to do this online but the website tells me to schedule a visit, but I a connection. Currently I have the contract for the O2 DSL Classic S Professional and I would like to change to a XL tariff. Not necessarily a professional plan, since I don’t even know what’s the difference.
Can I do this online and how long does it take for the plan to start working? I have the fritzbox 7490 router.
