Dear o2 Team,
I have been using dsl internet connection from july 2020. But from 1st November 2020, i moved in from my old place to new place which is in aachen. o2 team tried several times with several technician but because of the location (what o2 team explained) it can not be possible to set up connection in my new place. Even one of their colleague suggested me to cancel it but i have no idea how to cancel it before contract end in such situation. It's been 3 months i am paying for internet without getting any active connection in new place. Isn't it inhumanity?? Could anyone please help me to suggest me the steps how can i cancel the contract as early as possible.
