DSL connectivity issue at home

Hello all, 

My account number is 60XXX and my internet is not working at home. I tried calling the service helpdesk but they asked me to call tomorrow again! I do not understand why can't they fix it! 

Please help me to resolve it!

Than you are offline. Could be that there some thing “bigger” happen.

And they are working to fix the problem. So they please you to wait for tomorrow.

If DSL / Internet / phone do not went green after work, try first a power off on. If DSL / Internet will stay off or DSL is only blinking, recall the hotline.

Thanks for your reply. At the the moment, 

power is light up constantly

WLAN is flashing  

rest all the lights are off including Internet

If DSL LED on your router is still off or just flashing please call our customer service support hotline,

they will put you trough to technical support.
