I have DSL connection which will end in september 2021. I gave notice of termination before hand so as not to miss the date. Now, to terminate I need a PUK code. I had a  chat with one of your member and they told me  a letter will be sent with the code in 2-3 working days. Its been more than a week and I have not received the letter. Now, the 10 days limit is coming to an end. I have to restart everything

There is no PUK for DSL, PUK is only for mobile SIM cards. 

Notice period is 3 month, so you would have enough time until September. I would recommend sending the cancellation by letter or fax, only your signature is required. If you wish, you can use the cancellation form

There are several possible ways to cancel a contract. As long as the cancelation is declared at least three months prior to the contract duration the contract will be canceled.

You can either use the possibility to mark your contract for cancelation on our website and confirm this later by calling the shown number and verify it with your four digit “Kundenkennzahl”, you can also write a letter or faxm as already suggested from @blablup :-)

If you ordered the four digit number to be sent to you via postal mail you should recieve it within a few days.
