I missed a call from the DSL network provider to setup the internet connection. However, unfortunately I didn’t receive an alert beforehand (second time this happened!) and O2 is asking me to reschedule the entire thing.

Could someone please let me know if there is an alternative to this? Unfortunately neither the landline or mobile helpline numbers work or are reachable.

first of all, welcome to our forum. Nice that you have found your way to us. :-)

 

As far as I can see the activation for your DSL contract is now running. You received several Emails with hints to your activation (welcomeletter and informations for the technicians visit). The activation date is March 4th.

Do you still need some help or is everything fine now?

Yeah, finally it worked! Although still not sure if my contract is monthly cancellable - ohne mindestlaufzeit. Is there any way to check that? Please let me know.

Dear @raydiation ,

 

you should have received an email with a letter called “Ihr o2 DSL Auftrag”. Inside you’ll find the name of your tariff. A tariff you can terminate monthly is called flex.
